Elevate the organizational and project advantages of collaboration.
Develop, showcase and resource guiding principles of clinical collaboration (Study Culture, People, Systems, Process).
Research and explore interdependent collaboration within clinical research, highlighting site experiences in several phases of study startup (planning/feasibility, contracts & budgets and participant recruitment).
Produce a Collaborate Forward Playbook, showcasing the lessons learned through interview and case study.
