This space is designed for meaningful, uninterrupted conversations and may be used for one-on-one meetings, team strategy sessions, or stakeholder engagements. Meeting room sponsorships are only available to exhibitors. Availability is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Sponsorship Includes:

- Choice if meeting room setup (round tables, classroom, or hollow square). Additional furnishings may be purchased through conference services.
- On-site signage recognizing your organization as the meeting room sponsor
- Option to purchase Wi-Fi, audio/visual equipment, and food and beverage through the Hilton Signia or conference services.
